Human Resources Manager

What you'll do

• Lead HR activities including recruitment, employment, personnel records, employee relations, employee development, training, AAP/EEO, and special projects
• partner with the Plant Manager and leadership team
• support continuous improvement
• ensure regulatory compliance
• coordinate with regional and corporate HR
• source and recommend candidates
• conduct orientation
• maintain staffing and training records
• manage appraisals, morale activities, workers’ compensation, and employee leaves
• counsel employees and managers on policies and programs.
