Shipping Quality Inspector

What you'll do

• Inspect finished products for defects or damage and remove nonconforming items
• verify products against purchase orders, prints, packing lists, and customer requirements
• prepare and package products for shipment
• label and document outgoing shipments
• enter shipment information and maintain records
• communicate discrepancies
• assist with loading and carrier preparation
• make local deliveries when needed using a company vehicle
• maintain a safe shipping area
• operate shipping equipment after required training and certification.
