The Caregiver role is onsite in Kokomo, IN, with pay of $15.00–$18.00 per hour. The position supports Home Instead’s local senior-care services, helping aging adults remain safely and comfortably in their homes. The Care Professional provides non-medical personal care, companionship, and household support tailored to clients’ needs. By assisting with daily activities, errands, and reminders and reporting changes, the caregiver contributes to clients’ comfort and independence.

What you'll do

• Provide companionship and conversation
• assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, incontinence needs, and walking
• prepare meals and clean meal-related items
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• provide medication and appointment reminders
• run errands and accompany clients to appointments
• provide specialized care including advanced Alzheimer’s/dementia and hospice care
• document daily activities and report significant changes
• communicate with supervisors and office staff.
