Description
Directly supervise and train primary care providers (PCPs) in the assigned center. Maximize core model execution, improving clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and clinician/patient satisfaction. Provide direct patient care as a PCP and/or other clinical duties. Manage PCP performance, engagement, and build strong clinical-operations synergy and culture.
