What you'll do

• Complete service requests
• install and repair appliances and HVAC systems
• diagnose and repair electrical circuits in residential HVAC systems and appliances
• repair plumbing systems
• complete work orders in ServUS Connect
• perform basic carpentry and preventive maintenance inspections
• replace locks, switches, outlets, and light fixtures
• maintain curb appeal
• comply with environmental, OSHA, and company requirements
• participate in on-call duties.
