Professional Caregiver — Private Duty Home Care

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• provide companionship and engagement
• prepare meals and support nutrition
• perform light housekeeping related to client care
• provide transportation to appointments or errands as needed
• document care and communicate with the care team
• observe and report changes in condition.
