The role connects prospective residents with apartment homes by greeting and assisting visitors, showing apartments, presenting features and amenities, securing leases, and processing applications and lease paperwork in compliance with fair housing laws.

• Greet visitors and residents
• respond to resident calls and email requests
• complete guest cards and lease paperwork
• present apartment features and amenities
