What you'll do

• Prepare nutritious meals in accordance with established menus and dietary requirements, including appropriate alternatives. Prepare food in large quantities while maintaining quality, taste, and presentation. Assist with meal preparation and kitchen operations across shifts
• follow food preparation, sanitation, and hygiene practices
• maintain a clean, safe, organized kitchen
• cooperate with dietary and healthcare team members
• and respect resident confidentiality.
