What you'll do

• Manage projects from contract award through closeout
• develop schedules and budgets
• coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and owners
• review drawings, specifications, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• track costs, forecasts, and billing
• partner with Superintendents
• conduct owner meetings
• travel to biweekly site meetings
• resolve issues
• manage documentation, punch lists, warranties, and closeout packages.
