What you'll do

• Assist the store manager with staff responsibilities
• schedule staff and maintain time sheets
• train and supervise staff and residents in work therapy
• provide feedback and communicate resident progress to program staff
• prepare sales and month-end reports
• open or close the store and secure money, merchandise, and property
• make bank deposits
• support pricing and merchandise displays
• maintain store cleanliness and supplies
• address customer and staff concerns
• promote security and report incidents.
