What you'll do

• Participate in firefighting, rescue, emergency medical, and hazardous-material training
• respond to emergency and non-emergency calls
• perform fire suppression, rescue, ventilation, overhaul, salvage, and cleanup
• position equipment and ladders
• provide medical interventions within certification
• write medical response reports
• and operate fire apparatus as training allows.
