What you'll do

• Support department business operations, financial management, and strategic initiatives
• manage budgets, forecasts, expenses, and variance analysis
• prepare financial and performance reports and dashboards
• coordinate projects and deliverables
• support process improvement, technology adoption, and client service initiatives
• manage calendars and planning sessions
• coordinate onboarding and offboarding
• liaise with Finance, HR, Marketing, Innovation, Recruiting, and Professional Development.
