What you'll do

• Help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager
• greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages
• enter orders and process payments
• prepare hot and cold subs with the line team according to customer specifications and safety and sanitation procedures
• clean tables, floors, kitchen utensils, and restrooms
• help create schedules and train employees
• address customer concerns
• maintain required uniform and dress standards.
