What you'll do

• Direct operations, maintenance, and capital upgrades for South Dakota generation assets
• ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and power-generation requirements
• manage personnel, budgets, training, and qualification programs
• oversee plant outages and maintenance schedules
• manage fuel supply contracts
• prepare compliance reports and stakeholder communications
• support strategic planning, contracts, and integration into the Southwest Power Pool
• and travel up to 25% as needed.
