What you'll do

• Provide employee IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, account, connectivity, and access issues
• manage onboarding and offboarding
• configure and support endpoints
• maintain equipment and software inventories
• administer platforms, accounts, permissions, and application access
• establish identity and access practices including MFA and SSO
• develop infrastructure roadmaps and documentation
• implement endpoint and system security controls
• support incident response, continuity, backup, and recovery
• administer SaaS applications and vendors
• improve integrations and automate workflows
• manage vendor relationships, service levels, and IT spending.
