What you'll do

• Travel to various properties in the Avanti portfolio
• lead and support teams in achieving operational goals
• address resident issues or disturbances requiring immediate physical attention and guide residents to the Resident Experience Team as appropriate
• work with the Director of Integrated Services and Business Managers on financial responsibilities
• conduct weekly market surveys and provide trend reports and pricing strategies
• review and approve payroll, invoices, expenses, and financial documentation
• use property software and KPIs to identify improvement areas and implement changes
• coordinate with the Service Manager on vendors, contractors, billings, vendor relations, and certificates of insurance
• handle routine property tasks, notices, leasing, and move-out inspections as business needs require.
