The HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition role is hybrid, with three days per week onsite in Watertown, MA. Compensation is $100,000–$115,000 per year. The role supports Addgene’s people and organizational priorities and reports to the Chief People Officer. This position leads full-cycle recruiting and onboarding while advising assigned teams on employee relations, talent management, and other HR matters. It helps attract and retain a diverse, high-performing workforce and advances employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, and offers
• partner with hiring managers on job descriptions and selection processes
• own the applicant tracking system
• lead onboarding
• advise managers and employees on HR matters
• contribute to HR initiatives, policies, and change management
• analyze workforce and engagement trends
• ensure recruiting and onboarding practices comply with employment laws and company policy.
