• analyze user needs and solution architecture
• lead business process reengineering
• manage requirements prioritization and traceability
• define technical performance and interoperability requirements
• configure and optimize Azure DevOps and Jira
• track risks, issues, opportunities, assumptions, and dependencies
• present technical findings and recommendations.
