Collective Training Subject Matter Expert (Top Secret Clearance Required)

The Collective Training Subject Matter Expert role is onsite at Fort Belvoir, VA, with up to 20% travel to support subordinate unit training missions at locations throughout the United States. Compensation is $90,000 to $120,000 per year. The role supports Military Intelligence Readiness Command Headquarters and Army Reserve Intelligence readiness.

What you'll do

• Review collective training plans for alignment with Army doctrine and readiness requirements
• identify gaps and recommend improvements
• plan, coordinate, execute, and assess exercises
• develop scenarios and training objectives
• coordinate training stakeholders and resources
• integrate intelligence disciplines into training events
• manage event logistics
• develop evaluation measures
• conduct after-action reviews
• and prepare reports and recommendations.
