Training Specialist

What you'll do

• Serve as the plant’s Training Within Industry trainer and auditor
• deliver Job Instruction training and coach users
• administer Dozuki and TrueBlue Learning activities
• coordinate onboarding
• design and deploy eLearning content
• support plant training projects and cross-department initiatives
• evaluate training technologies
• provide coaching and systems support to training leads and department resources.
