Job overview

The HVAC Thermal Coil Braze Operator works onsite in Dayton, TN. Compensation is $20 per hour. This role supports Baltimore Aircoil Company’s coil manufacturing team, which builds coils for thermal equipment.

What you'll do

• Braze copper components for coil assemblies using single- and dual-tip oxy-fuel torches
• interpret dimensional drawings and blueprints
• select torch tips, flux, and brazing alloys according to charts or work orders
• inspect and correct defective joints
• verify torch and hose setup
• use precision measurement tools and shop math
• assemble mechanical supports
• meet production targets, maintain 5S, replenish supplies, and rotate among departments or workstations as needed.
