Staffing Coordinator

The Staffing Coordinator role is onsite in Cleveland, OH. Compensation is $19.50–$21 per hour. The Avenue Care and Rehabilitation Center supports facilities in delivering resident-centered care and positive environments for residents and staff. The coordinator manages nursing schedules and staffing records to help the nursing department meet regulatory, company, and budget requirements. The role also supports call-off coverage, onboarding, training schedules, attendance tracking, and communication with the Director of Nursing and other departments.

What you'll do

• Schedule nursing staff to meet state, federal, and company guidelines
• adjust staffing based on PPD and budget requirements
• post monthly schedules by the 20th
• accept call-offs and arrange replacements
• prepare daily assignment sheets
• track STNA attendance and hours
• manage shift swaps and census-based staffing
• coordinate training and onboarding
• assist with retention issues
• maintain confidentiality.
