What you'll do

• Review and contribute to the work of CNAs and PCAs
• administer ordered medications
• complete wound care
• provide shift reports
• communicate with residents’ families as needed
• admit, transfer, and discharge residents
• complete incident reports
• document care in Point Click Care
• receive physician orders
• order medications and supplies
• handle narcotics according to regulations
• make unit rounds
• administer nursing services such as catheterizations, tube feedings, suction, and dressing changes
• participate in training and continuing education.
