The Sous Chef/Manager role is onsite in Globe, AZ. Pay is $23 per hour. The position supports CVRMC’s food service department by coordinating food production staff and kitchen workers. The role directs training and kitchen activities to help ensure food is prepared efficiently and profitably while meeting quality, sanitation, and food-handling standards. It also requires leadership, planning, organization, and communication with clients, customers, and support staff.

What you'll do

• Coordinate activities of food production staff and kitchen workers
• direct staff training
• support preparation and cooking of food
• maintain sanitation standards and applicable food-handling processes
• communicate effectively with clients, customers, and support staff
• prepare letters, summaries, and reports using prescribed formats
• handle confidential employee and client information.
