What you'll do

• Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats
• make follow-up calls to requested leads
• understand customer project needs and timelines
• guide interested customers toward appointments with flooring designers
• follow the established contact cadence
• answer common questions
• schedule, confirm, and document appointments
• route general inquiries
• and maintain accurate CRM and scheduling records.
