Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks
• complete routine maintenance and repairs including plastering and painting
• repair and install electrical distribution systems
• maintain college-owned equipment
• perform plumbing and carpentry work
• maintain campus heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems
• respond to emergency repairs and hazards
• coordinate work with other departments
• maintain exterior grounds
• assist custodial staff when needed
• use personal protective equipment as appropriate.
