What you'll do

• Respond to family inquiries, schedule and conduct tours, and follow up with prospective families
• keep the center tour-ready
• maintain child safety, ratios, and secure drop-off and pick-up
• manage schedules, classroom coverage, supplies, and inventory
• conduct walkthroughs against brand standards
• coach staff and hold monthly one-to-ones
• train and inspect cleaning practices
• maintain the maintenance issue log
• build weekly schedules and manage floater coverage
• screen candidates, onboard hires, and document performance issues.
