What you'll do

• Manage multiple transactions from contract through closing
• coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and attorneys
• monitor deadlines and contingencies
• prepare and maintain transaction files
• schedule inspections, appraisals, walkthroughs, and closings
• obtain signatures and disclosures
• communicate updates
• resolve delays
• and maintain records in transaction and CRM systems.
