Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist role is hybrid in Alexandria, MN, with an 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Monday–Friday schedule. Pay is $65,000–$75,000 per year. The role supports leaders and managed sites across Vivie. The generalist connects day-to-day HR support with workforce planning and people initiatives, helping ensure consistent, compliant practices and supporting employee engagement, development, and retention.

What you'll do

• Advise leaders on HR policies, employee relations, organizational changes, and compliance
• coach leaders on feedback, discipline, and team development
• analyze staffing needs and track workforce KPIs
• recruit, onboard, and support benefits administration
• partner with site HR representatives
• lead onboarding/offboarding, HRIS integration, and safety-compliance projects
• provide reporting guidance.
