What you'll do

• Process credit card, wire/ACH, check, and eCheck payments
• manage the shared premium inquiry inbox
• reconcile daily insurance sales transactions
• process policy cancellations and document them
• resubmit declined payments and manage chargebacks and eCheck returns
• answer calls
• prepare commission payment cycles
• generate and distribute invoices
• comply with HIPAA and privacy-security training.
