What you'll do

• Partner with business stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and technology teams to understand objectives, workflows, pain points, and system needs
• lead discovery through interviews, workshops, observations, process reviews, and data analysis
• document current- and future-state processes, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and system documentation
• identify gaps, root causes, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
• translate priorities into technology, data, automation, and AI use cases
• support solution design
• coordinate with engineering, analytics, operations, security, privacy, and vendor teams
• develop test strategies and cases and coordinate user acceptance testing and defect resolution
• support implementation, training, communications, change readiness, releases, and post-launch stabilization
• prepare analyses and decision materials
• facilitate working sessions
• monitor outcomes and recommend enhancements.
