What you'll do

• Oversee restaurant operations for breakfast, lunch, dinner, takeout, catering, and food truck event support
• lead front-of-house service, reservations, table flow, and pacing
• recruit, train, schedule, and coach front-of-house staff
• coordinate with the Chef or Culinary Lead on kitchen operations, menu availability, catering, and events
• monitor sales, labor, guest counts, cash handling, POS activity, and reporting
• execute local marketing and community outreach
• maintain opening, closing, cleanliness, safety, compliance, and operational systems
• oversee takeout ordering and pickup
• support profitability and team retention
• provide ownership with updates on performance, staffing, guest experience, and operations.
