What you'll do

• Consults with physicians and allied health professionals regarding patient nutritional status and diet plans.
• Formulates nutrition assessment, evaluation, and follow-up plans for patients at nutrition risk.
• Documents nutrition treatment findings in the medical record.
• Participates in clinical rounds and department meetings.
• Provides cross-coverage for inpatient and outpatient services as needed.
