The Licensed Behavior Consultant (BC-ABA) role is based in Luzerne County, PA, with the listing location in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Compensation is $51 per billable hour and $20 per hour for non-billable time, including training and supervision. Matrix Behavior Solutions is locally owned and operated by parents of children with autism and provides clinical guidance through its Clinical Director team. The consultant delivers individualized applied behavior analysis services to children and adolescents, helping them build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. The role develops and adjusts treatment plans using assessments and data, supports caregivers and schools, and helps lead a multidisciplinary team.

What you'll do

• Complete assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, caregiver interviews, and observations, and develop evidence-based Individualized Treatment Plans
• direct and supervise BHT-ABAs through behavioral skills training
• train caregivers and partner with schools on learner-focused outcomes
• participate in IEP and CASSP meetings
• monitor and analyze data to adjust programming
• participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration
• build respectful relationships with families, schools, and colleagues.
