The Real Estate & Construction Coordinator role is onsite at the corporate office in Tampa, FL. Compensation is $45,000 per year. The coordinator supports CR Fitness Holdings’ Real Estate and Construction teams as the company expands its club footprint. The role maintains accurate lease records and critical dates, organizes project documentation, and coordinates administrative work across real estate and construction activities. This support helps teams track deals, construction projects, and new club development milestones.

What you'll do

• Maintain lease information, documents, critical dates, and reporting in Visual Lease
• track lease milestones, renewals, options, expirations, and rent changes
• organize leases, amendments, letters of intent, and construction records
• provide administrative support for new club development
• track real estate deals and construction projects, timelines, and deliverables
• coordinate documentation and communication with internal teams, landlords, brokers, vendors, contractors, and partners
• prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and project updates
• track invoices, contracts, and approvals
• schedule meetings and maintain calendars
• support special projects related to new club openings.
