What you'll do

• Greet and engage customers with a smile in accordance with hospitality standards.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, with precision, following established recipes.
• Operate espresso machines and other equipment in a safe and efficient manner and in accordance with the SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workspace and surrounding areas.
• Regularly clean the barista machine, automatic espresso machines and other coffee equipment according to procedure.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and taking orders.
