What you'll do

• Own and evolve compensation philosophy, frameworks, and governance
• lead compensation strategy for senior and executive roles
• partner with Recruiting on offer strategies
• design and maintain global market-pricing methodologies
• conduct compensation analysis and modeling
• advise on promotions, leveling, and organizational changes
• develop scalable tools and processes
• monitor market trends
• partner with Finance, People Business Partners, People Operations, and HR systems
• contribute to Total Rewards strategy.
