What you'll do

• Review new referrals through medical record review and donor-potential assessment
• monitor active referrals and patient-status changes
• collaborate with the Administrator on Call
• activate recovery and clinical staff as directed
• coordinate organ allocation and document offers under OPTN policies and procedures
• maintain records in HonorBridge systems and DonorNet
• complete UNOS feedback and follow-up documentation
• monitor donor culture results as needed
• protect confidential information
• participate in meetings and quality initiatives.
