Maintenance Porter (Non-Driving)

What you'll do

• Complete facility cleaning and maintenance tasks
• inspect the garage and address maintenance issues
• clean entrances, exits, stairwells, offices, and restrooms
• empty trash
• paint and replace burned-out bulbs as directed
• apply oil absorbent to spills
• submit repair requests
• check safety items, gates, and ticket equipment
• maintain supply inventory and sweep sheets
• assist customers and resolve complaints
• cover other facility duties as needed.
