What you'll do

• Lead purchasing, strategic sourcing, trade partner development, contract negotiations, budgeting, and cost management
• build and maintain networks of subcontractors, trade partners, vendors, and suppliers
• lead competitive bidding, bid analysis, negotiations, and contract awards
• partner with construction, development, design, finance, and operations leadership
• manage purchasing budgets and cost objectives
• monitor purchasing performance and risks
• improve purchasing processes and reporting
• lead, coach, and develop the purchasing team. Local and regional travel to communities, project sites, and trade partners may be required.
