Service Porter

The Service Porter is an onsite, part-time role in Colmar, PA, scheduled Monday–Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Pay is $15–$18 per hour. The position supports vehicle service operations at Bergey’s Chevrolet. The role helps maintain and move vehicles through the service process, assists customers and dealership personnel with transportation, and supports vehicle cleaning and lot organization. It also handles vehicle and parts pickups, deliveries, and related shop and facility tasks as needed.

What you'll do

• Assist with service write-ups and tagging customer vehicles
• remove protective coverings and identification tags
• inspect vehicles for stains, debris, or damage and report damage
• transport customers and dealership personnel as needed
• perform deliveries
• clean vehicle interiors and exteriors
• keep the lot orderly and move vehicles as directed
• return keys to service consultants
• pick up and deliver vehicles and parts
• test vehicle batteries
• maintain buildings and grounds and assist with shop cleanup as needed.
