The Machine Operator (Melt Ex), 1st Shift role is onsite in Manchester, NH, with starting pay of $20–$24 per hour based on experience. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Textiles Coated International manufactures high-performance fluoropolymer films, laminates, and composites for demanding industries. The operator sets up and runs extrusion equipment, adjusts processes, inspects product quality, troubleshoots issues, and performs basic equipment maintenance. The role documents production and works with production management and process engineering to address non-conformances and process concerns.

What you'll do

• Set up, start, change over, and shut down extrusion equipment
• adjust processes to meet dimensional and visual standards
• inspect product and troubleshoot extrusion operations
• maintain tooling, dies, and equipment
• complete production records and logs
• report non-conformances and collaborate on resolutions
• support fellow operators
• follow plant safety procedures and use required PPE.
