What you'll do

• Provide direct small-group instruction aligned with IEP goals
• develop individualized lesson plans
• adapt curriculum and instructional strategies
• implement IEP mandates
• collect progress data and prepare quarterly reports
• maintain session notes and documentation
• communicate with general education teachers, families, administrators, and service providers
• participate in CSE/IEP meetings as needed
• use positive behavior supports and adjust instruction based on data.
