What you'll do

• Manage daily car wash operations, staff, inventory, and financial performance. Maintain a clean and organized site and ensure equipment and supplies are in good working order. Develop marketing strategies, analyze sales and financial data, provide customer service, hire and train staff, and maintain safety compliance and positive relationships with customers, vendors, and the community. Work 50 hours per week, including 15 weekend hours
