It leads nursing teams, oversees clinical quality and regulatory compliance, partners with families and community teams, and aligns nursing operations with organizational goals.

What you'll do

• Oversee nursing services and individualized assessments and service plans
• direct medication management and clinical monitoring
• support memory care practices
• ensure care aligns with standards, regulations, and organizational values
• oversee wellness budgeting and resource allocation
• partner with Life Enrichment, Culinary Services, and Operations
• lead and develop nursing and care teams
• oversee compliance, survey readiness, infection prevention, incident reporting, documentation, and quality assurance
• serve as clinical liaison to residents, families, providers, and community partners
• participate in staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
