Procurement Specialist

What you'll do

• Solicit and analyze bids and quotes
• conduct cost and price analyses
• negotiate supplier pricing, terms, and conditions
• coordinate procurement requirements with suppliers and project managers
• review drawings and bills of materials with engineering to develop material requirements plans
• execute purchase orders and follow up with vendors
• monitor inventory and open commitments
• analyze purchasing requirements and trends
• support projects and programs
• and coordinate contractual obligations across staff.
