What you'll do

• Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items
• portion products according to recipes
• cook using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other equipment
• maintain product quality and portion standards
• stock line stations
• keep work areas and equipment clean and sanitary
• handle, store, and rotate products
• plate and garnish dishes
• assist with prep and kitchen closing.
