Member Services Representative

The Member Services Representative role is onsite in Pueblo, CO. Pay is $15.16 per hour. The representative assists members, prospective members, and guests with service and membership needs while helping maintain a clean, safe club. The role contributes to a consistent member experience through courteous communication, accurate transactions, and attention to facility conditions.

What you'll do

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests
• process sign-ups, membership updates, cancellations, payments, and transfers
• answer phones
• conduct prospective-member calls and facility tours
• complete retail transactions
• respond to concerns and escalate as needed
• clean and sanitize equipment and amenities
• monitor locker rooms and club areas for cleanliness, supplies, maintenance, and safety issues.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED and age 18 or older required; CPR/AED certification may be obtained through provided training. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred but not required.
