What you'll do

• Lead multidisciplinary teams through alternative-delivery project pursuits, procurement, design, construction, and closeout
• build relationships with TDOT, public agencies, contractors, consultants, and teaming partners
• lead or support RFQs, RFPs, ATCs, teaming strategies, interviews, and pursuits
• manage budgets, schedules, risks, deliverables, and contractual requirements
• develop capabilities and best practices with Tennessee leadership
• identify opportunities, develop partnerships, mentor others, and build team capacity.
