New Bern Unit Director

The New Bern Unit Director is an onsite role based in New Bern, NC. The Unit Director is responsible for recruiting and developing staff, managing facilities, and fostering community partnerships to support youth success.

What you'll do

• Communicates, implements, and enforces the organization’s operational policies and procedures
• Plans for and ensures the environment, programs, and services prepare youth for success
• Ensures Human Resources policies and procedures are followed
• Handles crisis situations and resolves conflicts
• Provides direct and indirect supervision to part-time professionals
• Ensures Grant-funded programs are executed on time and on budget.
